Analytical methods in the theory of vibroimpact systems

摘要：
A new approach to investigate vibroimpact systems has been suggested. This approach is based on the continuous representation of motions with impacts in an auxiliary phase space. The traditional methods, used earlier for this purpose, have some disadvantages. The new approach overcomes these disadvantages and gives the opportunity to use the known qualitative methods: Poincare-Bendikson theory, the second Ljapunov method and others. A number of general results has been obtained to determine the nature of equilibrium positions and of periodic motions with shocks.
