摘要
The average operation life of domestic copper tuyere for blast furnace is 77 days which is much shorter than that of world advanced level. To meet the needs of high blast temperature, high productivity ratio and oxygen enrichment for injection of pulverized coal, this paper proposes some measures for increasing the operation life of tuyere, such as enhancing cooling capacity, adjusting the speed of cooling water within the tuyere to approach its safety value, improving casting and welding quality and performing specialized production and development of tuyere.
