Space-charge-limited Currents in Ferroelectric Materials. Part II. Results of Experiments and Their Interpretation.

The article presents results of the author's experiments and those of other authors on space-charge-limited currents in the ferroelectric solids with the structure of perovskite. Attention is drawn to a variety of phenomena affecting the results of examination of voltage-current characteristics; this problem was not included in the theoretical consideration. Voltage-current characteristics and potential distribution along sample are also presented; this permits explaining the variety in voltage-current characteristics obtained by various researchers.
