摘要
By the use of subjective metallurgical analyses the creep damage is assessed on a few samples. Lives are projected to expected failure points and then a Weibull probability distribution is fitted, after suitable manipulation. Estimated Weibull probability parameters provide advance warning of failure and allow effective management of the blades in service.
