摘要
Technology for single-pass electron beam welding of rotating joints in steam line pipes (with a wall thickness of 20-25mm) made of 12Kh1MF steel was developed. The welded joints produced in this way are of high quality, without pores or cracks. These joints, when subjected to high-temperature tempering 710-740 degree C for one hour, are characterized by high performance parameters at high temperatures, high cracking resistance, and high cold resistance. Their properties are higher than those of the manual arc welded joints.
