摘要
NMR was used to determine the freezing point of a water-inert solvent emulsion under the effect of different organic compounds. It was shown that this method permits evaluating the ice-forming activity of organic reagents. Of the compounds tested, copper acetylacetonate is the most active with respect to ice-forming activity.
