摘要
An 8-bit fully parallel A/D converter, mu PD6950, especially for video application has been developed. This IC has realized a 20 MHz sampling rate with 450 mw power dissipation from a single 5 v power supply, within plus or minus 1 LSB linearity without any offset canceling technique, differential gain 3%, differential phase 2 degree by using TV signal application with CMOS technology. This IC obtained a good yield of these performances.
