摘要：
The evaluation of ethical conflicts that may be associated with industry and university relationships, the question of authorship in biomedical publications, and patenting of biomedical devices and medical procedures, is reported. Several case studies showing examples of ethical dilemmas associated with these aspects of biomedical research are detailed.
