STUDIES OF THE STRUCTURE-FORMATION KINETICS OF A SYSTEM CONSISTING OF A SLAG AND AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF SODIUM METASILICATE, AND A SIMULTANEOUS STUDY OF THE PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS AND THE STATE OF HYDRATED WATER IN RELATION TO THE CHARACTERISTIC TRANSFORMATIONS IN THE DISPERSED STRUCTURE ATTEST TO THE SIGNIFICANT EFFECT OF HIGHLY ACTIVE ALKALINE COMPOUNDS ONTHESE PROCESSES.
