摘要
The report describes a methodology based on mathematical evaluation of the effective water-resource management requirements by use of a ″loss″ function. A stationary model is used, and owing to the randomness of the inflows to storage, solutions obtained by simulation are proposed. A numerical application of the model for Lake Tiberias in Israel is discussed.
