Calculation of coke gasification of high-ash coals on the basis of the model of random-porous media

摘要
The mathematical model of porous structure of high-ash coals cokes has been developed for description of real dependence of conversion velocity on conversion degree. The initial nonuniform availability of inner bulk for gaseous reagent has been considered in the model as well as porous structure area increase as a result of the organic mass removal, pores coalescence and specimen inner bulk opening while conversion. Equations of porous structure dynamics have been presented as well as ones of heat- and mass transfer in porous particle. Heat effect of the reaction, diffusion resistances in mineral component and reaction products layer, lowering transition sections of transport pores have been considered while deriving equations. A good agreement of calculation data with experimental results has been shown.
