摘要：
The reaction of an infinitely long cylindrical shell containing an elastic filler to a nonaxially symmetric load travelling along its axis with a constant velocity that is smaller than the velocity of shear waves in the filler is considered. The distribution of displacements and stresses is obtained for the shell and the filler in the case of subcritical velocities, and it is shown that the shell may separate from the filler under certain conditions.
