摘要
A NOVEL LONG-HAUL DIGITAL MICROWAVE SYSTEM WHICH HAS 200 MB/S TRANSMISSION CAPACITY WITHIN THE 40 MHZ INTERLEAVED CHANNEL ALLOCATION, HAS BEEN DEVELOPED. CONSIDERING COMPATIBILITYWITH EXISTING FM SYSTEMS, REPEATER SPACING FOR THE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO BE ABOUT 50 KM. THE 5 B/S/HZ RF SPECTRAL EFFICIENCY IS ACHIEVED OWING TO THE 16 QAM MODULATION AND NYQUISTCOSINE ROLL-OFF SPECTRAL SHAPING TECHNIQUES.
