The six systems tested for the Cadalyst Labs C2001 Benchmark total index, are discussed. Vendors submitted dual-processor systems based on AMD 250 microprocessors, which proved to be problematic in terms of performance. Memory handling between the processors, the motherboard chipset, and the type of memory play roles in inhibiting performance.
