Experiment of the bare tape tether deployment by using of small spacecraft

摘要
A Small Spacecraft Simulator (SSS) is developed to decreases friction in floating means of by gas on the flat table of two dimensional horizontal plane. SSS which we developed has assured substantial miniaturization in comparison with the former simulator, with the adoption of the liquefied gas and the gas bearing. The system is assumed experiments on the deployment of the bare tape tether of the foldaway type and the target is retrieved by use of the SSS in the experiment. In this present experiment, the technology is demonstrated to eject the spacecraft and deploys foldaway bare tape tether. The present paper, benchmark of the SSS is reported and the verification result of the discharge mechanism is verified in their validity.
