摘要
An analysis of the dependence of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) on excitation current and signal frequency in spin valve sensors was presented. Signal and noise responses of microfabricated spin valve sensors were investigated in the linear region and in the nonlinear region. SNR was found to increase almost linearly with an increase in the signal frequency below 300 Hz.
