摘要
Workpieces stressed elastically by external forces or moments are subject to multi-axial strain (elongation/compression and angular displacement), which can be measured accurately by mechanical or electrical means. The measured values can be used to derive the corresponding load stresses (tensile compressive and shear) from Hooke's law and also the acting forces and moments with the aid of elementary strength theory. The measurement, evaluation and application possibilities of measuring strain in triangular springs are discussed. 1 Ref.
