摘要
A stationary, irrotational, inviscid, incompressible gas flow issuing from a channel against a wedge is considered as an approximation of a potential flow in a chennel with an elbow. The resulting two-dimensional problem is treated by a conformal mapping technique, and the well-known inversion problem is solved numerically. It is claimed that the proposed approach will be useful for two classes of potential problems, which are also of importance in fields other than fluid mechanics.
