摘要：
A general method of determination of parts after surface working is presented. It is based on the use of forces of interaction between the surface layer, in which irreversible initial deformations have taken place, and the part. The forces of interaction are determined through residual stresses with the aid of equations of thin shells. Application of the method to the calculation of deformation of bars of random cross-section is considered.
