A study on the piezoelectric property of LBO crystals

摘要：
Using the Cz method have been grown φ30mm × 30mm single crystals of LBO. The proportion of materials, mechanism of growth, piezoelectric property and application of Li2B4O7 crystal have been studied. Measurements on their properties as crystal resonator, pressure-controlled oscillator and piezoelectricity devices indicate that this crystal is a kind of new piezoelectric crystalline materials having potential-market applications.
