Whatever its dimensions, quality is a fundamental attitude in the Sulzer Corporation - for the benefit of the customers, shareholders and the co-workers. Within the framework of total quality, every single co-worker is called upon to elaborate and implement his/her understanding for quality in their respective work. However, the company does not rest on the attainment of total quality. On the contrary, it continually works and monitors the quality of its performances.
