摘要：
The technology of processing of digital image has be used exlensively in medicine, industry, military affairs and so on. There are some classic arithmetic such as partly average algorithm,median filter technology, and Laplacian algorithm. Visual C++is a programming language protrusioned by Microsoft company. It is one of the most preponderant softwares in the technology of processing digital image. Visual C++had image developing interface. It produced many functions of processing bit map. It provided maximum convenience to develop image processing system. It would get so long as much the better, sharping image by using Visual C++programming language and integrating classic arithmetic of processing digital image.
