摘要
A new method used to solve wind-induced lateral-torsional buckling problems for long-span suspension bridges is proposed. Nonlinear influences caused by lift and pitching moment are included in this method. Formulae and flow chart are provided, and numerical results are presented to demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of this new method.
