Heterogeneous catalytic reaction in supercritical fluids, which have employed supercritical fluids as solvents, is used to improve the reaction process and control the elution of environmental pollution. The properties of heterogeneous catalytic reaction in supercritical fluids are reviewed. And the application, progress and research problems are discussed in detail on environmentally benign chemical processes such as catalytic supercritical water oxidation, phase transfer catalysis in supercritical fluids and supercritical enzyme catalysis. Finally, the developing trends are discussed.
