DATA INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR RIW CONTRACTS.

Westinghouse produces the F-16 Fire Control Radar (APG-66) under contract to General Dynamics. The contract includes a Reliability Improvement Warranty (RIW). A data/information system was designed, installed, and is required to process and report the massive quantities of configuration, reliability, and repair data collected during the warranty period. This paper deals with the significant problems, resolutions, results, and conclusions associated with the development and use of that system.
