摘要
The compositions of molding sands with new complex binder are suggested. The latter contains the available and nontoxic components. The microscopic investigations show that the structure of molding sands with the complex binder is characterized by more dense stacking the quartz grains as compared with lignosulfonate as the binder. It is shown that the defects in the SCh10 cast iron and 110G13L steel cast parts are absent when using the proposed sands.
