摘要：
The effect of the balancing velocities on the precision of rotor balancing in the presence of measurement errors and errors in setting the velocity of rotation is investigated. Simple approximate relations are obtained permitting the nature of the balancing errors to be analyzed, and on their basis to make a selection of the balancing velocities.
