摘要
The Kiruna Electric is an all-electric truck which can be operated either from a main 1000 V AC 3 phase trolley line or from DC traction batteries. This capability allows the truck to be disconnected from the main power lines and operate independently for loading, dumping, and passing in the ramp. The superior productivity of the system and the absence of exhaust gas pollution mean that ramp haulage of ore direct from the stope to surface should be competitive with conventional haulage and shaft hoisting down to depths of about 500 meters. The truck is in use at the LKAB iron mine in Sweden.
