摘要：
The quasisteady theory presented permits the prediction of the galloping oscillations and the negative aerodynamic damping of structures and structural members in both smooth and turbulent flows and under conditions that rather differ from a two- dimensional flow. The main results of the theoretical analyses are summarized.
