摘要
Methods of X-ray diffraction analysis, dilatometry, magnetometry and metallography were applied to investigate steels types G4AF, G7AF and G10AF with carbon content ranged of 0.03 to 1.0%. It was revealed that with carbon and manganese amount increase phase composition and microstructure change from martensitic structure to austenitic one. Torsion test results showed that steel mechanical properties are determined by phase composition, α- and γ-phase hardening as well as by γ-α' transformation on loading. Transformation kinetics in its turn is defined by martensite-austenite ratio and austenite stability.
