摘要
The process of production of high-viscosity oils from the slop-wax, which is the intermediate product of oil removal from gatches, is developed. The slop-wax is refined by phenol. The refined slop-wax is deparaffinized to form the high-viscosity oil with rather low temperature of solidification and the gatch that can be used in the production of paraffins. The advantages of the process suggested are the lower temperature of extraction; the lower ratio between phenol and stocks; the application of only one solvent (methylethylen keton) upon deparaffinization, and others. The process developed makes it possible to increase the output of oils by 5% and to increase the viscosity index to 107. The gatch formed upon deparaffinization can be used in the production of paraffins.
