A sensor of turbulent gas flow rate pulsations in a glow discharge

摘要
The sensor allows to detect turbulent pulsation spectra of gas flow rate at pressures ≥15 torr and rates from 50 to 200 m/sec under the glow discharge conditions. A mathematical simulation the frequency dependence and the absolute sensitivity of the sensor is described. A comparison of the data, obtained by means of a thermoanemometer, with those, obtained with use of the sensor, is given.
