摘要
For electromechanotronic converters (EMTC) which transform output signals of microprocessors to transiational motions, the process of electromechanical conversion must be supported by an appropriate information program. The process can be illustrated by manipulation robots whose operation efficiency depends on the speed and precision of EMTC of manipulator units [1]. Practical experience with the design and operation of high-precision EMTC suggest that they should be devised as units with a position feedback (PFB). The closure o the circuit turns the converter into a self-correcting device. It improves the reliability of the digital-to-anlog conversion by enhancing its noise immunity under the impact of external and internal perturbations. A further improvement of conversion in EMTC. is achieved by including a local feedback circuit tied to the rotor position into the electromechanical energy converter and the electronic commutator.
