摘要：

A reasonable alternative to renovating a billet mill has been developed which is based on a new processes to produce shaped profiles from continuously-rolled slabs using a press. The assembly developed forms billets for rolling of a wide range of grade and geometry of flanges, low plastic steels among them. The introduction of the new production process will allow for a maximum good-to-bad yield and 5-6 times lower energy consumption.
