The development of a structural performance model for flexible pavements is described. The model consists of a set of probability-of-survival curves in which the structural deterioration of pavement structures, which are characterized with their equivalent layer thickness, is given with respect to the number of load repetitions. The equivalent layer thickness is calculated according to N. Odemark's theory.
