Classification of die casting machines and operational procedure

Die Casting Machines are classified by the direction of motion, the location of shot sleeve and their work conditions. The discrepancy of operational procedure is made from different categories of die casting machines. Usually, die casting machine is composed of closing and opening mechanical for die, shot mechanical, hydraulics system, electric control system and the rest parts. And there are some advanced machines with parameters checkup, monitoring system and production management system controlled by a computer.
