摘要
Cybermotion Inc., of Roanoke, VA, leads the robotics industry in the manufacture of mobile robot systems. Cybermotion currently has 50 mobile robots working in research, industrial, nuclear, military, security, and hazardous environment applications. The Navmaster autonomous which, precursor of Cybermotion robot systems, has a mobile platform which features a concentric shaft for a synchronous 3-wheel steering and drive. It also has a subturret which houses the ultrasonic navigation, docking beacon, and collission-avoidance subsystems, and provides an interface for a variety of application instrumentation packages.
