摘要：
The second part of this paper introduced the plan and practical application of CONDOR thermal imager, and the concept, system configuration, working principle, plan and specific applications of TIGER thermal imager. The conclusion indicates that the newly developed generation of thermal imagers using IRCCD detectors can be operated under harsh and military conditions.
