摘要
Finite element programs (TESTRAN) for the analysis of temperatures and stresses in cartesian and axisymmetric structures are described. The programs employ stationary and transient temperature analysis and stress analysis of elastic continua. Some applications of the programs in the analysis of thermally loaded components in diesel engines are discussed.
