摘要：
A nonautomatic maneuvering device in a low-voltage installation can fulfill one or more of the following functions: functional control; interruption for electric reasons (sectioning); interruption for nonelectric reasons; and emergency interruption. The article examines where and how these functions should be carried out and describes the appropriate devices assuring the safety of the user and referring to the relevant international standards. 15 refs.
