摘要：
Several papers have indicated that air-conditioned office buildings with low-temperature air distribution ice-storage systems can be constructed at a lower cost than office buildings constructed with comparable 'conventional' systems. Speculative builders however are continually reluctant to commit to ice-storage/low-temperature air distribution systems. This article addresses-increased rental revenue for the builders' consideration.
