摘要
Target of a Research projekt done by the Studiengesellschaft fuer unterirdische Verkehrsanlagen e. V. was a stock-taking, the further development and check of continuous elastic rail fastener systems. The results achieved at this are introduced. These examinations were carried out under the conditions of the short-distance rail traffic. A continuous rail fastener system suppresses the stimulation of the frequency excited by the distance of the sleepers while the wheel rolling over. In addition, this rail fastener system offers the possibility to allow a higher deflection of the tracks at same derailment safety. Both leads to a reduction of the vibration emissions. The stiffness of the fastener in the installation condition is therefore essential. To measure this size a mobile hydraulic device was developed, built and tested. Measurings hereby were carried out in different track sections. Measurings were carried out on a hydraulic test rig (Hydropulser) at a newly developed continuous elastic rail fastener system. Under use of the finite-elemente-method different alternatives of this system were examined with strength and deformation calculations.
