摘要：
The establishment of the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) will offer a varied range of technical communication possibilities. The information concerning services for the ISDN user given in this article is derived from the objectives of the ISDN which are emerging at national and international level and have been expressed in standardizing committees (CCITT and CEPT) and in publications by various telecommuncation administrations. The services concept of the narrow band ISDN is presented.
