摘要
High manganese fraction, low content of phosphorus, silica and aluminum oxides, calcium and magnesium are the basic values of quality of high-qualitative ores. High quality of ores allows to smelt the qualitative manganese ferroalloys directly from the lump ores. Reglamentation of losses at calcination is important for agglomeration of oxide, oxide-carbonate and carbonate manganese concentrates. The main requirements to the quality of manganese concentrates are established to produce high-carbon ferromanganese and commercial silicomanganese.
