摘要
Paecilomyces sp. C-2106 that possesses cephalosporin C (CPC) acylase activity capable of deacylating CPC to produce 7-amino cephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) was isolated. The 7-ACA production was identified by the antibacterial activity and spectrum of the activated compound, thin layer chromatography (TLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and inactivation with beta -lactamase.
