摘要：
The possibilities for dynamic electricity pricing technology (time-of-day metering) are discussed. The authors show how recent developments in microprocessor control technology make it technically and economically feasible to price electricity according to the theoretical ideal that the price of electricity be equal to its actual marginal cost.
