摘要
Knowledge visualization system based on virtual reality technology enables the student to perceive experience and discover the knowledge model. It explores the essence through the surface. This paper has developed knowledge visualization systems for biochemistry education. These systems are based on PC cluster. It composed of a hybrid screen, multi-projectors, two-handed 6DOF haptic device, etc. They offer user immersive viewing experience with multi-projection system and intuitive interaction by employing two handed 6DOF haptic device to control the perspective. It also supports multi-user's visualization. From the educators' standpoint, they can serve good tools for helping students to understand abstract ideas through effective visual representation and interactive manipulation.
