摘要
Since 2006, with continuous investment and informatization construction, SGCC has built a large-scale integrated enterprise information system. Information achievements of SGCC are remarkable, while it also shows differencebetween original goal and the results. Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Index System is established from four aspects, i. e. construction quality, operation level, application result and economic benefit. The index system is established based on research of informatization evaluation models, post-evaluation methods in China and abroad and actual situation of power grid informatization construction and evaluation. Index selection involves in whole process of informatization construction. Calculation method ofevaluation index uses hierarchical weighted method withthe lowest level data obtained from subjective and objective aspects. The index reflects informatization construction level. At the same time it provides guidance for investment of informatization construction, improvement of information system management, quantitative economic benefit, etc. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press.
