摘要
The orthogonal distance regression algorithm is used to estimate the sampling oscilloscope timebase jitter. Starting from an accurate variance model, a new method to obtain accurate weight is studied. This method can obtain good timebase jitter calculation results when the traditional weight allocation method of the orthogonal distance regression algorithm fails. The proposed approach was validated using sine signals with different sampling frequencies and jitter conditions, and the results showed that the new weight method is effective.
