摘要
Based on the finite element model, the thrust ripple of dual three-phase permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (DTP-PMLSM)has been analyzed in this paper. It includes two components which are caused by linear format. One is the asymmetric magnetic circuit caused by the discontinuity iron core, and the other is the asymmetric of the inductance caused by the asymmetry of winding distribution. For the former, the asymmetry of magnetic circuit can be suppressed by optimizing auxiliary teeth. For the latter, a structure with unequal windings is proposed, and the optimal turns of each phase windings is obtained by finite element method. Finally, the self- and mutual-inductances of optimized structure are calculated, which shows the inductance symmetry has been improved, and the effectiveness of thrust ripple depression. Finally, the measurement of prototyped validates the effectiveness of analysis model. © 2021, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
